1. Preparing Your Order
Following successful payment authorization, your purchase is checked, organized, protected with suitable packaging, and made ready for carrier collection within 3–5 business days. This preparation period allows our fulfillment team to confirm transaction details, inspect the ordered products, and package each parcel appropriately before shipment.
A shipping confirmation email will be issued once the package has departed from the fulfillment location.
- Order preparation takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding recognized public holidays.

4. Shipment Tracking

5. Customs Charges and Import Requirements
Cross-border shipments may attract customs duties, import taxes, brokerage costs, or administrative fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are separate from the purchase price and delivery charge collected by Luxevéria.
- The recipient is responsible for paying any import duty, tax, customs assessment, or locally applied clearance fee.
- Parcels rejected because customs charges remain unpaid may be returned, with refund eligibility assessed after the carrier confirms the final outcome.

6. Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
Once a package has been accepted by the courier, transportation, scanning, and final delivery are managed through the carrier’s network. Although these stages are outside our direct operation, Luxevéria will offer reasonable assistance when a shipping problem is reported.
- If tracking shows a completed delivery but the parcel is not visible, inspect entrances, mail areas, secure locations, and neighboring addresses before contacting the local courier.
- Missing shipment cases may require a formal investigation by the delivery company before a resolution is confirmed.
- For products received damaged, retain the item, shipping box, internal packaging, and labels, then provide clear photographs promptly.
7. Correct Delivery Information
Customers must verify that the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, region, postal code, country, and telephone number are accurate before placing an order.
