1.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned
- Consumable goods that have been unsealed, tested, used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
- Downloadable content, digital goods, store credits, promotional certificates, and gift cards.
- Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or specially produced items.
- Merchandise identified as Final Sale before purchase.

1.3 When Approved Refunds Are Issued
After the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected to verify compliance with this policy. Eligible refunds are normally submitted within 7–10 business days using the payment method selected for the original transaction. You will receive confirmation once processing is complete, although additional posting time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
1.4 Delivery Charges and Return Shipping

2. Cancelling an Order
An order may only be cancelled before it enters preparation, fulfillment, or shipment. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible because the parcel is already moving through the delivery network. - Your request must reach us before order preparation or dispatch has started.
- Specially produced, customized, or personalized items cannot be cancelled once work on the order has begun.

- The product should remain unused and be retained with its packaging and included contents whenever possible.
